We further validated our approach through rigorous testing with a live customer clinic, ensuring the solution was both effective and efficient. Following successful testing, we reached out to other customers using athenahealth to gauge their interest and received enthusiastic responses.
The response has been overwhelming. Multiple practices, representing thousands of active, billable patients, signed up within a couple of weeks of finishing product testing.
